About Town Brook House
Town Brook House, located in Quincy, Massachusetts was dedicated on November 30, 1980. It is one of three buildings sponsored by Wollaston Lutheran Church under the leadership of the late Reverend Frank J. Bauer. Town Brook is part of Wollaston Lutheran Church's mission to provide safe, dignified and affordable housing to seniors and the disabled. We are pleased to provide equal housing opportunities for all qualified applicants and residents. We strive to maintain our facilities in excellent condition so that our residents will take pride in their homes.
Town Brook House has 136 one-bedroom units and 15 two-bedroom units with a common lounge area, a common activities area and kitchen. The building was constructed under the 202/8 program of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
In addition to a very affordable rent structure based on resident income, Town Brook House offers amenities such as an on-site superintendent, nighttime security guard, 24 hour video security surveillance, on-site social service coordinator and computer room with internet access.
Our location, directly behind Stop & Shop on the Southern Artery (Route 3A), means grocery shopping, banking and a pharmacy are practically right outside our front door. For more information or to receive an application, please contact us during normal weekday business hours.
